He discussed the struggles with the eventual victors in an interview with the Daily Mail. Gloukh uttered
It was unique. There, Curtis Jones and Angel Gomes were the two best performers I watched. Both were acting as sixes, and I believe that they may have only dropped the ball once full game against us.

Jones has faced a lot of criticism throughout his time at Liverpool. In addition, there have been a few instances where it appeared he might not be as talented as needed to play at Anfield. When he is at his best, he is without a doubt a phenomenal talent. Currently, Liverpool is undergoing numerous changes, particularly in the middle of the field.
