An implausible attempt at the title cannot be ruled out, and it has slightly altered the discourse surrounding Liverpool and the fans’ expectations for what is achievable this season.

It’ll be fascinating when City has to play us, Arsenal, Spurs now, and Brighton, Cope noted, adding that “I do think there are more sides in the league now who could take points off City.”I believe each of those teams could score against City. If we can all chip away at them when we play them, it will keep them in the pack, therefore we all need to band together against them.
