Ahead of Sunday’s matchup, the Lions receiver reignited his rivalry with the Packers in a bold way—by arriving at Lambeau Field wearing a hoodie with a blunt message:
“Green Bay sucks.”This direct jab captured the tension between the Lions and Packers, and it perfectly expressed the disdain St. Brown and many Detroit fans feel toward Green Bay’s green-and-yellow squad. St. Brown’s rivalry with the Packers has a history.
In September 2023, after scoring at Lambeau Field, he tried to perform the Packers’ signature Lambeau Leap—only to be met with a beer shower from a Green Bay fan.
Later, he even blew a kiss to a Packers fan who flipped him off, solidifying his place in the hearts of Lions supporters and making him a clear rival in Green Bay.
When asked about his plans if he scored again against his divisional rivals, St. Brown hinted he had something special prepared, though it wouldn’t involve another attempt at the Lambeau Leap.
