A supposed Arsenal and Liverpool chase for but some other Bundesliga brain gets an update from the German media.
Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg is the one bringing some sparkling news about the warfare for 22-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt defender Willian Pacho
The reporter claims that Arsenal and Liverpool are ‘still’ fascinated in Pacho, having both made contact about signing him. Frankfurt are said to be conscious of that contact, and already set a fee for a doable sale. It’s stated that the Bundesliga facet would let the centre-back leave in the summer in case someone can pay between €50m and €60m for him. He’s labelled a ‘key player’ for the German club, and it’s not likely they’d make large discounts for him. Plus they have him well protected with a contract which runs till 2028.
For now, it’s doubtful whether Arsenal or Liverpool are eager on achieving that amount for Pacho, even even though both clubs have been stated to be interested in him for a whilst now. Frankfurt solely paid €9m to signal him final summer, and could be making a rapid big profit with his sale.
