Taylor-demerson fought back into a go ball and never turned around, but he skillfully played through the hands for a pass breakup on one play. He was primarily focused on free safety due to his plus range and ball-hawking instincts, and he was considered a leader on the texas tech defense.
He has speed and a lot of stamina. Tayl0r-demerson has benefited from this advantage, who has been dubbed “the rabbit” for his work on the track. And although the steelers will most likely want to address safety a little more in free agency, not taylor-demerson is the mid-round home run pick that would bring the class much more value. His week at the shrine bowl demonstrated his intangibles and ability to act as a man. That will only raise his stock, and he should be in for a good week at the nfl combine, too.
