According to all indications, raiders owner Mark Davis wants Antonio Pierce to be the team’s next head coach, but that is unlikely until pierce is named as the raiders’ head coach.
And if that hasn’t happened yet, davis hasn’t made up his mind.
According to reports, the raiders are still interested in former titans coach Mike Vrabel, who is reportedly linked to tom brady. Pierce is also said to be at the bottom of Brady’s list.
As far as we know, brady hasn’t been interviewed, but it’s no secret that he’s one of the most influential voices in owners’ ears, so it’s safe to say that Davis isn’t certain that Pierce and champ Kelly are the right candidates for their respective positions until that happens.
