The 22-year-old scored 15 goals and provided 5 assists in the English league last year.
England international Saka has scored six goals and provided seven assists in 19 Premier League games.
The Gunners will need an attacking trio when they face Liverpool in the FA Cup third round on Sunday (January 7).
