Just in: Exciting new trade prospect appears as could be about to make Liverpool millions in….

It was a transfer event that received a great response from Liverpool fans. Michael Edwards has earned a reputation as one of the best sports directors in the industry.

The Reds could benefit even more if Dominic Solanke leaves Bournemouth in the January transfer window. The striker has performed well for the Cherries this season. Solanke’s 13 goals in 22 games helped Andoni Iraola’s side finish 12th in the Premier League.

The England international moved to Bournemouth from Liverpool for £19m in January 2019, a move which was welcomed by fans at the time. The Reds paid a training fee to sign the striker from Chelsea in the summer of 2017 following his move from Stamford Bridge. But Solanke has struggled to make an impact on Merseyside, scoring just once in 27 games, finishing just behind Roberto.

Firmino and Divock Origi played as central forwards. Especially when Solanke was sold for a huge sum and Liverpool made a huge profit, most Copites gave the then sporting director Edwards a ‘thumbs up’.

To his credit, Solanke found his feet at Bournemouth. He scored a total of 69 goals in 196 appearances for South Coast. Solanke has taken his game to the next level this season and is behind former Anfield team-mate Mo Salah and Manchester City’s Erling Haaland, both 14, in the Premier League scoring charts .

As a result, Solanke has been linked with both Arsenal and Chelsea. Arsenal lack a versatile striker to help them win the Premier League for the first time in 20 years. Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah have scored a total of nine league goals this season.

Mauricio Pochettino has made it clear that he wants new players to come to Chelsea in January. Despite spending over £1billion on players under Todd Bohli, Stamford Bridge are only 10th in the table. Nicholas Jackson has struggled since signing for £32m.

Ivan Toney has been linked with both London clubs as the Brentford forward prepares to return from a football ban for breaching FA betting rules. Liverpool would receive a windfall if Solanke is sold to Bournemouth in January. The Reds reportedly added a 20% sales tax.
