The Patriots, desperate for wide receiver help, are a potential landing spot. While Moore shouldn’t be their only addition to the position, he could serve as a strong secondary or tertiary target for Maye, who is currently working with one of the weakest receiver groups in the NFL.
Moore’s 2024 stats—33 receptions for 249 yards—are underwhelming, but they reflect Cleveland’s offensive struggles, including instability at quarterback and a poor offensive line. While the Patriots also have significant issues, they show promise at quarterback and are likely to address their O-line deficiencies in the offseason.
In 2023, Moore posted better numbers, with 59 receptions for 640 yards and two touchdowns—production that would be a considerable upgrade for the Patriots, who lack a clear top receiver. At 24, Moore’s speed makes him a valuable deep threat. Pairing him with a player like Tee Higgins or Chris Godwin, along with a Day 1 or Day 2 draft pick, could revitalize New England’s offense.
Best of all, Moore wouldn’t come at a high price, making him an ideal fit for the Patriots.
