Packers head teach Matt LaFleur fired protecting coordinator Joe Barry ultimate month, and this week LaFleur referred to as that the kind of hard selection that head coaches have to make.
At a press convention that used to be mainly about introducing new Packers shielding coordinator Jeff Hafley, LaFleur described his method of figuring out that it was time to replace Barry after three seasons.
“There’s a lot of concept and deliberation that goes into that,” LaFleur said. “You guys know how I experience about Joe Barry. I’m so thankful for our time together. I’ve got so lots admire for him as a man and as a coach, and what he used to be able to do for us. Those are difficult decisions, but I assume as a head soccer coach, every now and then you’ve received to make some challenging decisions in phrases of what you suppose you need to do transferring forward to put your team in the fine viable position.”
The reality is Barry did now not put the Packers in the fantastic viable position, and LaFleur thinks Hafley will.
