The New England Patriots have a difficult situation to parent out beneath middle this offseason, as Mac Jones does now not appear to be the answer at quarterback.
But how will the Patriots resolve their problem?
Well, Cody Benjamin of CBS Sports thinks that veteran signal-caller Ryan Tannehill would be one way to go.
Tannehill is set to hit free company in the coming weeks, and while he is sincerely no longer the same quarterback from several years ago, he may want to nonetheless represent a conceivable stopgap for New EnglandBenjamin even went as far to call Tannehill “prime Jimmy Garoppolo,” referencing Garoppolo’s run to the Super Bowl with the San Francisco 49ers at some stage in the 2019-20 campaign.
