Rob gronkowski, one of the country’s most well-known and best players, does not agree with this theory.
According to TMZ sports, the patriots legend and future hall of famer said, “i think he’s still 100 percent the great bill belichick.” Belichick’s skepticism isn’t fueled by his age (he turns 72 in april) as it is by his pre- and post-tom brady resume (84-103, two playoff appearances).
Many believe that the curtain has been raised and that the wizard of oz mask has been discarded, but gronk does not agree with this theory, claiming that belichick has the best football mind of any he’s ever met.
However, individual talent alone cannot overcome a talent deficit.
