Former Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino has paid tribute to his father, who died last week, on social media.

His former Anfield teammates also commented on the post. Firmino’s father, Jose Roberto Cordeiro de Oliveira, died suddenly while visiting the former Liverpool striker in Dubai. At the age of 62, he suffered a heart attack on Saturday, November 18. The Al-Ahlyh striker wrote an emotional note to his father on Instagram. In the post, Firmino also posted a series of photos with his father.

He wrote:“Father, eloquence like yours has never been an art for me. I’ve always been having a hard time expressing my feelings in words, but I have never been so difficult. “”In many pains that I never felt in my life, I thank God for the privilege of being able to rest in my arms. I saw my last breath but did not take everything away. We lived together, not my faith And I knew that it gave me the power to continue after your death.

The Holy Spirit returns to memory since childhood, you were proud of you, you were like that good person, everyone’s love, hunter … I was proud of wearing my shirt, but I was proud of having a father who welcomed me a lot. Thank you for your father. Everything I have, everything I have is because of you. I pray that God will give you the strength to receive His name, love and care until the day God calls me. I love your column! Firminu’s former team-mates Virgil Van Dyke, Jordan Henderson, Andrew Robertson, Costas Chimikas and Harvey Elliott commented on the post and expressed their support for Pirmin, 32. Pirminu left Liverpool this summer and moved to the Saudi Pro League on a free transfer.

The Brazilian forward spent eight years at Merge Side Club and his father attended his regulars. Pirmino joined Liverpool from TSG Hopenheim in 2015 and played 362 games for Liverpool, scoring 111 goals and 79 assists.
