Four people suspected of kidnapping Luis Manuel have been arrested in Colombia. This is the first photo of the four men arrested for kidnapping Luis Diaz’s father.They were charged with kidnapping and theft. A court hearing is scheduled for tonight in the northern Colombian city of Riohacha.
Saturday night, one of the four men was identified as Jerdinson Bolivar. Bolivar, who used the nicknames “Arenca” or “Areca”, trained at Manuel Luis Diaz’s soccer school in his hometown of Barrancas.
