Following last weekend’s international break, the Premier League will resume on Saturday at noon with the season’s first Merseyside Derby at Anfield. With a significantly better goal differential than teams below them, the Toffees are currently three points clear of the relegation zone. A victory against their biggest rivals on Saturday would move them closer to the top half of the table by two points before other teams take the field.
Although he has only lost one of the 17 games he has played against the Toffees, Klopp has a strong record against them. In addition, he has only lost twice in 13 games against Dyche throughout their respective careers. In all competitions since 2010, 28 games ago, Everton has only triumphed once, and this century, they have only done so once at Anfield.
