Jurgen Klopp was named Liverpool’s manager eight years ago today, and only the most optimistic Reds fans could have imagined what came next.The German has won every trophy for which he has participated at the club, aside from the Europa League, most notably the Champions League victory in 2019 and the Premier League title the following year.

LFC’s social media team posted a video montage commemorating his arrival at Anfield’s first anniversary in order to reflect back on his reign’s high points when he first entered the building in 2015.

The video and music, which includes excerpts from his infamous “doubters to believers” first press conference and up till the first few weeks of this season, may cause Liverpool fans to cry with joy.
