Jamie Carragher, a champion for Liverpool, reveals he admires Dominik Szoboszlai.
Carragher claims that the Reds have been lacking a player with the midfielder’s ability to score from deep.
According to Carragher, Szoboszlai “looks fantastic” (Liverpool Echo). “You would truly miss him if he wasn’t participating in a game. He almost appears like one of the best players. It’s not just his inventiveness or his shooting prowess; it’s also his physical impact, or the speed and power with which he approaches difficulties and covers ground. Even if he isn’t playing at his best with the ball, he is still making a significant contribution.With Liverpool, there was always that balance, and the final midfield was constantly touted as beingarea.”They are probably viewed as being more creative, but they also have a strong work ethic.
“They are slightly different from what we’ve had previously, but they will be labeled as a completely different midfield. When you see Szoboszlai blasting shots from outside the box, they look more lively and flamboyant on the eye. That is why there are comparisons—we haven’t had that since Steven Gerrard. He still has a ways to go before reaching that level, but it appears Liverpool has done pretty well there.
