Ryan Gravenberch, a midfielder for Liverpool, has expressed interest in reuniting with Jurrien Timber, a former colleague at Ajax, in the future.
In a Q&A, Gravenberch was asked who other Dutchman he would like to join him at Anfield after the defender’s £34 million summer transfer to Arsenal. Gravenberch responded:
“I might choose Jurrien Timber, a good buddy of mine. I have played with him all my life. To me, he resembles a sibling. I choose him because of that. Given that Timber recently joined one of Liverpool’s key competitors, the likelihood of him playing for the Reds currently appears to be quite minimal.
Additionally, the defender is now sidelined with an injury after tearing his ACL during his Premier League debut prior to August.
