The Carabao Cup draw was, to put it mildly, fascinating because several Premier League clubs were paired up.However, the Premier League is back for another perhaps thrilling weekend of action, with Tottenham Hotspur poised to face off against Liverpool in a match that’s anticipated to have plenty of goals and drama.
