After another comeback victory over Wolves, Jurgen Klopp acknowledges that Liverpool are “not stable.”

After winning their third comeback victory of the year against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp acknowledged his team is “not stable.”

On Saturday, Hwang Hee-chan gave Wolves the lead before Cody Gakpo leveled the score. However, two late goals gave Klopp’s team a 3-1 victory that seemed much more comfortable than it actually was.

With victories over Bournemouth and Newcastle United in August, Liverpool has now fought back from behind to win three times this season.

After the game, Klopp told BBC Sport, “It’s incredibly early in the season, but we need to use all the information we get. “Changing the game is helpful over the course of a season, but we cannot rely on it.

“Generally speaking, we need to perform better in the opening half of games. That is not conceivable because we are not yet stable. There are too many novelties. The guys and I are both prepared to get to work on that. It’s excellent that they did not want to raise the white flag. You can have a successful season if you win the less talented games. The guys handled it really nicely.

We need to play better than we did in the first half, he continued. We responded in the second, which was the ideal time. We had some physical issues in the first half, and we weren’t particularly crisp or correct. We made an attempt to determine who is available [after the international break], but it was not the best option.

The good news was that we couldn’t play any worse because it was done. We essentially adjusted everything in the second half, both strategically and physically, for this reason.

“In the second half, we had perfect control and the game was excellent. It’s obvious that we deserved to win in the end. We tied the score, maintained composure, tried our best, and ultimately won the game, which was huge.

Andy Robertson, a left-back for Liverpool, was concerned by that sluggish start until he scored to give Liverpool the lead with five minutes remaining.

“Yes, it is best if we don’t fall behind. This season, we’ve already done it a couple times, he remarked. “I don’t think I can recall too many comebacks last season, so maybe that was our downfall.

“Our road record has been strong thus far, too. There is still a long way to go, but it has been a good start. We cannot continue in that manner in the future.
