The Athletic claims that Liverpool ‘admire’ West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen amid speculation that they could be interested in a transfer for the midfielder.
According to the Athletic, Liverpool has been keeping an eye on Bowen “for a number of seasons.” It remains to be seen, though, if they will decide to pursue the 26-year-old.

Therefore, if the Reds pursue a deal for Bowen, they might not be alone in their pursuit. However, since Spurs completed a transfer for James Maddison from Leicester City, it’s possible that their interest in the player may have cooled off.
Bowen is most suited to playing on the right wing since he has magnetic ball control, a left-footed wide player, and superb dribbling skills.

Of course, this immediately creates a problem because Mohamed Salah, a right winger for Liverpool, is already incredibly skilled. Bowen would probably be utilized as a backup if the Reds decide to make a bid for the Egyptian since he is simply too crucial to leave out of the squad.
As a result, Salah’s time at Liverpool may be limited going forward. While they were unable to reach a deal with the Reds this time, the Saudi Pro League teams that showed a significant amount of interest in him during the summer transfer window are expected to try to sign the 31-year-old again in January.

They must have a backup plan in place in the event that Salah decides to leave Liverpool. Even while Bowen’s addition won’t completely fill the voids he leaves behind, it will be a great place to start.

Regarding Salah’s availability, Liverpool appears to have made it obvious that he is not for sale. As we have repeatedly observed
