According to reports, Liverpool has set up two possible January deals for Fluminense midfielder Andre and PSV Eindhoven forward Johan Bakayoko.
On the final day of the transfer window, the Reds completed their summer splurge by acquiring Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich.
The Dutch international signed a five-year contract through June 2028 and completed a £34.2 million transfer.
Following the acquisitions of Wataru Endo, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Alexis Mac Allister, Gravenberch became Liverpool’s fourth summer signing.
Liverpool has begun to make plans for the January market even though the transfer window won’t reopen until the winter.
The Reds have identified Bakayoko and Andre as two potential targets for the January transfer window, according to the Express.
According to the article, Bakayoko might eventually take the position of Mohammed Salah, who has been linked to a move to Saudi Arabia.

Andre was a goal this summer, but a transfer proved challenging given Fluminense’s success in the Copa Libertadores, where they have reached the quarterfinal round.
Because Thiago Alcantara’s contract expires at the end of the current campaign and he is expected to become a free agency, Liverpool may decide to reconsider a potential Andre deal in the January transfer window.
